The Selbach S is a great example of a slightly off dry wine which is perfectly balanced with refreshing acidity so that the wine doesn't taste too sweet, or too dry. Delicate and aromatic, it is an excellent intro to Riesling's spiritual home in the Mosel region of Germany.

With stone fruit, citrus, orange blossom and minerality this is sunshine in a glass and extremely drinkable on its own - be warned! Otherwise, pair with a light summer salad with lots of bright flavours.
