100% Cabernet Franc from Saumur, France and made in a noninterventionist manner the Bagatelle from Manoir de La Tete Rouge is organic and biodynamic with spontaneous fermentation and no fining. Grape to glass in the most natural way possible! Aromatics of brambly berries and earthiness with moderate tannins and a hint of tobacco leaf on the palate make for a complex and enjoyable drink. 

The shines with a tiny bit of a chill before serving – throw it in the fridge for 15 minutes or so – and it is very food friendly, pairing well with roast chicken, grilled sausage, or most any kind of pork dish.
